~ Notary Service ~
·ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS AND OATHS - Most common.·
CONSENT FORMS – These are typically permission slips/forms in relation to minors.·
LIVING WILLS / ESTATE –Will and Estate documents usually require a notary. We can complete your papers as needed.·
POWER OF ATTORNEY –These are documents authorizing a person or agent to make legal decisions for someone else and require a notary to complete.·
AFFIDAVITS –These usually require witnesses and are primarily used in family, health, or court cases.·
BILLS OF SALE AND TRANSACTION DOCUMENTS –We are available to complete your transaction papers. These can be car titles or any small and large purchase agreements. ·
MARRIAGE LICENSES AND DIVORCE PAPERS –If you are looking for simple completion of your marriage certificate or your divorce documents, our notary service can be a fast and low-cost option. ·
PERSONAL DOCUMENTS –Family and significant other arrangements can be notarized. ·

We perform courier services for all sorts of documents and packages up to 30 lbs. There is no limit to the amount we will deliver for you.

OUR PRICES
PRICE FOR NOTARIAL ACTS
EACH SIGNATURE / NOTARY STAMP WE PUT TO PAPER WILL COST $10.00.
TRAVEL FEES FOR NOTARIAL ACTS
There is a flat rate of $30.00 for a travel fee up to 30 miles.
Anything above 31 miles will be $.75 per additional mile.
ADDITIONAL FEES THAT MAY ALSO APPLY - FERRY FARES/PRICES
COURIER PRICES
Prices are based on a case-by-case basis depending on several factors which include:
1. Amount of items
2. Distance from pickup location to the drop-off location.
3 .Weight
4. Ferry
We primarily serve King and Snohomish Counties for Notarial and Courier Services.
We travel outside of King, and Snohomish Counties for Officiant Services only.
ALL Appointments that are either after 8:00 pm (until 8:00 am the next day) or on holidays are subject to an additional $50.00 surcharge

Our Hours
Open today | 06:00 am – 10:00 pm |
We operate between the hours of 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. With that said, appointments that are needed for notarization after normal business hours of 6:00 pm are subject to an additional $15.00 surcharge.
Any appointment needed on a major holiday is subject to a $50.00 surcharge for all services we provide.
